RYLA canditate Pranav
The Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) is an intensive leadership development program organized by Rotary clubs and districts. It offers young people aged 14–30 the chance to build leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Participants engage in activities, workshops, and presentations designed to unlock their leadership potential. RYLA events vary in format and length, from one-day seminars to weeklong camps, depending on local community needs. Attendees learn from community leaders, motivational speakers, and peer mentors. The program also encourages participants to take action, make meaningful connections, and form lasting friendships. RYLA events are tailored for different age groups, including secondary school students, university students, and young professionals. To participate, individuals must be nominated by a local Rotary club, which can provide details on the application process and any associated costs.
